Founder & CEO
As CEO, Neil is responsible for technological development, sales & marketing, business planning, finances, and fundraising. He provides strategic direction in collaboration with other executives to promote growth at SRGT. He has been a long time member of the Board of Directors of BBX Capital and has a distinguished record of community service including serving on the Broward County School Board, the Downtown Development Authority, the Performing Arts Center Authority, the Florida Ethics Commission and as president of the United Way.
Gail Elizabeth Pierson
Chief Academic Officer
Gail is responsible for the company's Education Business – for industry strategy, products, services, sales management, and marketing. Gail leads the development of educational software applications, digital content, and online learning solutions, keeping SRGT at the forefront of the sector. A dedicated educator and a publishing professional, with 25 plus years of executive experience, Gail’s expertise encompasses start-ups, business strategy, operations management, product development, digital publishing, television and radio production, sales, and marketing.
VP, New Markets and Strategic Partnerships
Mike is a versatile business leader and change agent with successful business development and operating experience in leisure travel, hospitality, tourism and technology. He brings strong management, strategy, CRM, sales, marketing, team building and negotiation skills to the company. At SRGT, Mike is responsible for identifying and growing new strategic partnerships and business opportunities in travel and tourism and other markets.
Liz brings extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting with dynamic companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500. In her current role she is responsible for the company’s financial functions including planning and reporting, treasury and accounting, as well as payroll and human resource administration.
Luisa is a digital marketing and sales associate at SRGT. She works to support her team by improving virtual marketing, implementing rebranding strategies, creating email and online sales campaigns, and overseeing website development and social media. She recently graduated from NYU with a B.A. in Politics, Rights & Development, and a B.S. in Environmental Sustainability.
As General Counsel, Garry is focused upon strategic partnerships and opportunities that will propel SRG forward. He is involved with the negotiation and formation of new sales channels, new product launches and new markets. With over 30 years of experience in structuring and negotiating strategic partnerships, Garry is solution-oriented and determined to find “win-win” solutions beneficial for all parties involved.
